Makes a perfect cup of filter coffee that many consider superior to commercial drip brewers. built for commercial usage, a pleasure for home as well. water is boiled in the lower globe, and the pressure pushes the water into the upper chamber where the temperature is perfect for extraction. once the water has all risen to the top, simply remove the heat source (comes with liquid burner, but can be used on gas stoves as well) and once the coffee has properly extracted it will automatically be sucked back, without sediment, into the lower globe, ready for serving
