An exceptional quality spring flush oolong from the famous Pear Mountain region in Taiwan. The tea grows alongside fruit orchards and absorbs part of the character. Li Shan oolongs are grown over 2000 meters high in cool climate which results in the tea taking longer to mature, and resultantl producing a smoother fuller flavoured infusion. Li Shan is only lightly toasted and tends towards the green spectum of oolongs. the characters is extremely smooth, juicy and floral.
