Grown in the mountains of Cederberg region of the Western Cape, this super fine grade of rooibos never sees the South African market, and is exported to specialty tea blenders around the world.
The fermentation process is arrested before the tea can achieve its more conventional red character, resulting in a fresh, green cup.

fresh, light and very "green" rooibos, without the tanin (dusty afterflavour) of lower grade rooibos. suggestion we love this tea hot or iced with a spash of fruit juice,its an anytime treat.
